The Trump administration has escalated its standoff with Harvard University and has revoked the institution’s ability to enroll international students.
The Department of Homeland Security announced that Harvard is being removed from the Student Exchange and Visitor Program. This decision affects approximately 6,800 international students, including 788 from India, who now face the prospect of transferring to other institutions or losing their legal status in the US.
