 IDBI Bank has sold its entire 21.14 per cent shareholding in Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (PIPDIC) for ₹18.83 crore to the Government of Puducherry.

PIPDIC is an associate company of the Bank to Government of Puducherry. The Bank, in its regulatory filing, said it sold 8,54,000 equity shares having face value of ₹100 per share.
