I seldom agree with Jacob Rees-Mogg, but he and Alf Dubs, the former Labour minister, are right that Shamima Begum should not have been stripped of British citizenship (“Citizenship stripping is fundamentally unBritish”, Opinion, FT Weekend, May 17).
She has been punished enough for her mistakes and should be allowed to return from exile.
